1...fry meat...and get it out to a container

2...add 4-5 spoons of oil after oil hot...add rice to it...and fry for 5-10 min...add 3 spoon of soy sauce when fry(2-3spoons of rice can be cooked to be a bowl of porridge)

3...add cool water to the rice cook with big fire... after boiling....turn to small fire roll the rice when cooking in case it will stick to the pan

4...after rice boiling for 10 min add the meat and mushroom to it...cook with big fire....

5...after boiling turn to small fire.... after boiling for another 10-15 mins...check whether the rice is soft

6...add vegetable after the rice turn soft

7...add salt and seasonings

Quo Vadis 暴君焚城录

终于把《暴君焚城录》(Quo Vadis)这部1951年的经典电影看完了。这部画面精美恢宏的电影讲的是一位罗马将军Marcus和一位信奉耶稣的女孩Lygia的爱情故事。

故事发生在基督宗教在罗马开始传播的公元1世纪，当时的罗马皇帝尼禄爱好唱歌，为了寻找灵感创造历史上最不寻常的音乐，不惜烧毁罗马为他的乐章提供背景。之后，为了寻找替罪羊来平息火难中的百姓的愤怒，尼禄选择发布谎言宣称罗马的基督徒是放火者，并以此为由对基督信徒加以迫害。 罗马将军Marcus最终拯救了火难中的百姓，并接受了Peter在他和Lybia的婚礼上的祝福。整个影片中Marcus对Lygia的爱慕和追求一直导演着故事的发展.....

在听完Petronius在写给尼禄的遗书后，我才相信原来世界上还竟然会有那么boring的乐章.......

i forgot that u prefer things more lasting
than flowers...um...next time i will consider
to have some cakes to satisfy ur stomach instead...
oh...the cakes may be even less lasting than flowers
as they may get in ur stomach soon and disappear...

true that flowers have their time of beauty and time of fading...
but they wont fail to live up to their momentous beauty and
please people with their unique fragrance and attractive shape...

so why dont u do them an easy favor to fully appreciate them
during their best days of living...i think the flowers will feel very happy
to receive the appreciation from a sweet and tender jane...

um,,,as to alan's love for jane attached with these flowers,
it is not going anywhere even after the flowers are fading away,
this love remains......as long as u love it to be...alan2jane
