:-) happy to cook porridge with jane's teachings...
1...fry meat...and get it out to a container
2...add 4-5 spoons of oil after oil hot...add rice to it...and fry for 5-10 min...add 3 spoon of soy sauce when fry(2-3spoons of rice can be cooked to be a bowl of porridge)
3...add cool water to the rice cook with big fire... after boiling....turn to small fire roll the rice when cooking in case it will stick to the pan
4...after rice boiling for 10 min add the meat and mushroom to it...cook with big fire....
5...after boiling turn to small fire.... after boiling for another 10-15 mins...check whether the rice is soft
6...add vegetable after the rice turn soft
7...add salt and seasonings
